1. Services Refund Policy
Refunds for services (such as photography packages) will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the services rendered do not meet the agreed-upon terms
- If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services Refunds will be issued at our discretion after careful review of the situation. Please contact us within 14 days of your service date at info@luxuryphotographyservices.com to initiate a refund request.
2. Product Returns and Refunds
If you purchased any physical products (such as photo prints or albums), you may return the item(s) under these conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as digital products (e.g., digital photo files), are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Personalized products may also be exempt from refunds.
